But living in a small city (like Nazareth), where one can actually walk to the butcher shop or green-grocer or pharmacy makes it much easier to stay healthy. Every time I go back to the US I gain some weight, every time I come back here I lose some.<br /><br />I wonder what the figures for obesity in Israel are. Of course Israel is one of the most advanced countries in terms of medical technology and healthcare, so perhaps Israel is bucking the trend here?
